Our Promise to You
We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied or need help, please contact us so that we may assist you.
We’ll ship your order for a single $10 flat-rate fee.
Damaged Products – Every product ships in brand new condition. If your product arrives damaged or marred, please let us know within 14 days so that we can assist you with an exchange or refund. We’ll gladly provide you with a shipping label to return the damanged product to us and we’ll ship you a new one and/or provide a refund.
Other Returns – Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for credit, exchange, or a full refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened merchandise.
